HASA Description
The Home and School Association of St. Mark School functions to:
- Help parents, School administration, and faculty develop a mutual understanding and appreciation of the mission of Catholic Education as lived in this Catholic School within the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
- Provide programs and processes that engage the School families in spiritual, educational, outreach, social, legislative, public relations, service, and fundraising activities that further the mission of the School.
- Develop supportive systems for communication and service to the local Catholic School

March 8 Family Literature Night & Used Book Sale (5:30-8:30pm)
March 10 El Nayar Restaurant Day (11am-10pm) – Mention St. Mark when placing order
March 10 Family Movie Night – CARS2 (doors open 6pm; showtime 6:30pm)
March 14 HASA Meeting – All are welcome (6:30pm)
March 15 Career Day (during school day)

Lion's Luau
Get a sitter and be ready to strut your stuff at this year's Lion's Luau. Save the date for Saturday, April 21st from 7:30pm-12midnight.
Join us for tantalizing silent auction items, amazing authentic Hawaiian cuisine, Catonsville's # 1 DJ and live hula dancing demonstrations!
All proceeds will directly benefit St. Mark School’s Technology Innovation Programs.

USED BOOK SALE!
USED BOOK SALE! Don't forget to bring in your books for the 2nd Annual St. Mark Used Book Sale! You may bring them
to church (leave in the back of church) or school (deliver to Mrs. Demetriou). The sale, sponsored jointly by the
Social Justice Committee and the Home and School Association, is being held in the breezeway and the corridor in front
of the school library on Thursday, 9 March, from 6-9 p.m. Proceeds from the book sale will benefit both the St. Mark school
library and the school/orphanage run by the Xaverian Brothers in Haiti. If you would like to help with the book sale, please
